Do you experience gas and bloating?
We all have it, it’s completely normal.
In fact we pass gas between 10-15 times a day.
Most of the gas we experience can come from air we have swallowed as we talk or eat, from chewing gum or drinking carbonated drinks.
Gas and bloating are also a process of the fermentation of small pieces of undigested foods by the bacteria in our intestines. This is normal.
